Rafael's Auto Repair

Chris Todd 3 months ago

I recently brought in my Frontier for a repair using a 3rd party warranty and was helped along in the process by a nice fellow. He was knowledgeable, friendly, and patient with my questions and concerns. He made things easy and I will definitely come back the next time my truck needs something

Rafael’s auto repair is FANTASTIC!!! As a parent who lives in another state . It’s reassuring Knowing my daughter has a trustworthy mechanic. I love everything about The shop. It’s hard to find a good honest mechanic that knows what they’re talking about. Thank you for helping my daughter! Thank you for being honest . I highly recommend. I would gone 10 stars if I could .

Nothing but great service and experience. My daughter lives in Savannah. I’m a mechanic in Ohio. It’s nice to know I have a place I can trust to keep my daughter’s car driving down the road as I’m too far away to do it myself. Love this place and highly recommend

Thank you for getting my EPB light reset on my 2020 Corolla! I was able to be seen same day and they only took a few hours. Also they did a very thorough job and I appreciated the detailed notes in my file about everything they did to my vehicle. Also, Kristen was very knowledgeable and helped us from beginning to end. I will be back again and will also bring my 350z in very soon since I found out they actually specialize in Zs!

I thought I was having a great experience with Raphael's. They seemed professional. But they quoted me 3700$ and told me my car was literally not safe to drive for me or anyone else on the road. So I went and bought another small used car to drive for work until I could come up with repair money. I figured out some money a few weeks later, brought my Outlander in for repair. Surprise: new quote was 2200$ (final cost 2500$). If that had been accurate to begin with I might not have bought another car, but I guess that is the risk you take and I thought, well good, they worked efficiently, super. But then Double Surprise!!! Two days of short small city driving later, the outlander is doing the exact same thing it was doing before that they said was so unsafe. I left a text message in response to their AI bot, no response. I called and left messages. No response. You've asked me several times now for reviews. here is your review. please fix my car or give me my money back. I have appreciated your all's quick service and helpful team, but this isn't okay. If It seems like I am rich or something, no I am not. I have to cobble five part time jobs together to make ends meet and I work
